Solution 03

Personal knowledge assistant

What accumulates is your knowledge base, not a conversation that scrolls away.

  • Knowledge accumulates instead of evaporating

Everything you send in makes the base thicker, rather than disappearing with the conversation.

  • You always know where an answer came from

The assistant states plainly, in the first sentence, whether it is drawing on your base or on general knowledge.

  • The base is yours, not locked to the software

It is ordinary Markdown. Switch tools or stop using the service and the base remains readable.

The problem is not a lack of information — it is that nothing accumulates

Every day you read dozens of articles, save a pile of links, jot down a few lines. Months later you need it back and cannot remember where you saved it, or you vaguely recall reading it but cannot find it.

  • Links in the browser, notes in another app, screenshots on the phone — none of it connected
  • Ordinary chatbots make you re-explain the context every single time
  • Conversations with AI scroll away and build up to nothing
  • Notes pile up over time, and the more there are the harder they are to find

What this assistant does differently

You forward an article, a PDF, a voice message or a screenshot into Telegram. The assistant reads it and checks whether your base already covers the topic. If it does, it only adds what is genuinely new instead of creating a duplicate. If it does not, it creates a new note. Later you ask a question and it answers from your own base, naming the note it came from. The base is a set of Markdown files you can read and open in any software — nothing is locked into someone else’s product.

What you gain

Turn what you read, hear and note down every day into an organised, searchable knowledge base that belongs to you.

What you can send in

  • Links to articles and web pages
  • PDF and text documents
  • Screenshots and photographs of pages
  • Voice messages and audio files
  • Video and meeting recordings
  • Notes typed directly into Telegram

Core functions

  • Reads and summarises whatever you send in
  • Transcribes voice messages and video into text
  • Duplicate protection: compares against existing notes and adds only what is genuinely new
  • Question answering across the base, with the source note named
  • Remembers facts about you as a profile; sensitive sections are used only when relevant
  • Timely reminders with content written for the context
  • A project log that keeps itself up to date from what you discuss
  • Morning and evening digests, plus a weekly quality review
  • Suggests grouping scattered notes into larger topics

What happens when you send a document

  1. 1You send a link, file or voice message into Telegram
  2. 2The assistant checks whether the base already covers the topic
  3. 3If it does, it looks for genuinely new points; if not, it creates a new note
  4. 4It replies with a summary and confirms what was saved
  5. 5Later, when you ask, it answers from that note

What you end up with

  • An organised Markdown knowledge base you can open in any software
  • Answers that always name their source note
  • A personal profile the assistant proposes and you approve
  • Reminders and project progress updates
  • Periodic digests summarising what has accumulated

Governance rule

In this product the AI makes real decisions — it chooses what goes into the base. Because a mistake would stay in the base and be cited later, anything hard to undo requires your approval first: deleting a note, recording a judgement about you, moving many files, or merging notes into a new topic.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from asking ChatGPT and saving the answers myself?
The difference is what remains. With an ordinary chatbot the conversation scrolls away and next time you re-explain everything. Here, every item you send is filed into your own base, and later answers draw on it. The assistant also states plainly whether an answer came from your base or from general knowledge.
Where is my knowledge base stored?
The base is a set of Markdown files. On the hosted version each person gets a fully separated data area running in its own container, unable to read anyone else’s data. Because it is ordinary Markdown, you can always back it up, take it elsewhere, or open it in any note-taking app.
Does the assistant record judgements about me on its own?
No. Personal facts it notices are surfaced as candidates awaiting your approval, not written into the profile automatically. The general rule is that anything hard to undo has to be asked first.

See it run on your own documents

Every solution sounds good in a description. The only way to know whether this one works for you is to run it against your real documents, templates and workflows. That is exactly the kind of demo we do.

The demo is free and carries no obligation. If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will say so.
