Meeting transcription and minutes
The meeting ends and the transcript, the summary and a draft of the minutes already exist — instead of a secretary typing for the rest of the day.
Nothing is missed
The whole meeting is captured, and any passage can be found again by timestamp.
Minutes ready right after the meeting
A draft is waiting for the secretary to edit rather than write from scratch.
Tasks flow straight into tracking
Work assigned in the room goes directly into the task management module.
The work after a meeting is heavier than the meeting
The secretary listens, writes and tries not to miss a conclusion, all at once. Then spends hours afterwards drafting the minutes before anyone can work out who was assigned what.
- Manual note-taking cannot keep up and misses points
- Drafting the minutes afterwards takes hours
- Tasks assigned in the room get lost
- Re-listening to one passage means scrubbing through the whole recording
What changes after deployment
The meeting is recorded. The system converts Vietnamese speech to text, separates speakers and timestamps each passage. It then summarises the key points and conclusions, extracts the task list with owners and deadlines, and produces a draft of the minutes in your template. The secretary reviews and finalises — what remains is measured in minutes, not hours.
What you gain
Capture meeting content in full, convert it to text, summarise the key points and automatically draft the minutes — cutting the time spent taking notes and writing up afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
- Does it handle regional accents?
- Common regional accents transcribe well. Strong local accents or rooms with heavy echo reduce accuracy. We recommend a trial on your own recordings to measure it beforehand.
- Are the audio files sent anywhere?
- No. The speech recognition model runs on servers at your premises. This matters because meeting content is often more sensitive than written documents.
- What recording equipment do we need?
- A conference microphone in the middle of the table gives the best results. The system also accepts recordings from a phone or from online meeting software.

See it run on your own documents
Every solution sounds good in a description. The only way to know whether this one works for you is to run it against your real documents, templates and workflows. That is exactly the kind of demo we do.
The demo is free and carries no obligation. If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will say so.
