Automated report consolidation
Reports arriving from dozens of units in a dozen formats become one draft in your own template.
Reports take far less time
Officers receive a draft that already has structure and figures, and only need to review and finalise.
Discrepancies caught before issue
Conflicting figures are flagged immediately, not discovered after the report has gone out.
Every number is traceable
When you need to justify a figure, one click shows the source document and the unit that supplied it.
The same scene every reporting cycle
When the deadline comes, units send reports in Word, Excel, PDF — sometimes scans. The consolidating officer opens each file, reads it, copies the figures across, cross-checks and assembles the combined report.
- Every unit presents its numbers differently
- Figures disagree between sources, and the disagreement is hard to spot
- Manual copying causes row and column errors
- When leadership asks "where did this number come from", you start digging
What changes after deployment
The system collects the reporting period’s documents, recognises the content and figures in each file, groups them against your template and produces a draft. Where sources disagree, it flags the conflict for an officer instead of quietly picking one number. Every figure in the draft traces back to the file it came from.

Frequently asked questions
- Our report templates are very specific — will this work?
- Yes. Templates are configuration, not hard-coded behaviour. During deployment we load the exact templates your organisation uses.
- What if a unit has not submitted its report?
- The system states which unit is missing and which sections lack data, rather than leaving a blank or filling in an estimate.
- Does the AI ever invent figures?
- No. A core design rule is that it must not add figures when the source data is incomplete. Gaps are marked as gaps for an officer to resolve.

See it run on your own documents
Every solution sounds good in a description. The only way to know whether this one works for you is to run it against your real documents, templates and workflows. That is exactly the kind of demo we do.
The demo is free and carries no obligation. If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will say so.
